First Limerick

Ginny over at Lemon Drop Pie is at it again. She got me to write outside my comfort zone. I NEVER write poetry or think about poetry. This week is my first attempt at a limerick.

There was a woman who loved her first house
A few years later she shared it with her new spouse
He loved her so he adjusted to the address
Quickly he gave her several additions and one with construction mess
Today this home has five members who use love as weapon to souse.

The above limerick will not win any awards. Instead it shows the love my husband has for his family.
